Arketa experienced an unexpected service interruption that lasted approximately 45 minutes. This was due to a widespread outage affecting Google Cloud, which we rely on to power parts of our platform.

Specifically, Google's Cloud Run service—used to run the systems behind Arketa—experienced elevated error rates in the region where our systems operate. Google has since applied a fix, and everything is back up and running smoothly.
