Email Delivery Update – Service Restored

We wanted to share a quick update regarding the recent email delivery issues on our platform.
As of October 10 at 8:52am ET, both transactional and marketing email services are fully operational. Earlier in the week, some high-volume activity led to temporary disruptions in our email infrastructure. The underlying issue has been resolved, and systems are now stable.
Important Note:
Any emails that previously failed to send during the disruption will not be automatically resent. Please review any critical communications you intended to send and re-trigger them if needed. This includes email campaigns and automations from Oct 8 at 8:00am ET to Oct 9 at 8:52am ET.
✅ What We’ve Done
- Full email delivery functionality has been restored across both transactional and marketing sends.
- Additional safeguards have been implemented to improve reliability and protect overall deliverability.
🔧 What’s Changing Going Forward
- Automatic Suppression: Emails that bounce or are marked as spam will be automatically excluded from future sends.
- Stronger Monitoring: We’re proactively identifying and pausing high-risk sending activity.
- Enhanced Dashboard Controls (Coming Soon): You’ll be able to view and manage suppressed contacts directly in your dashboard.
